Who is responsible
FeirAI operates feir.ai and is the controller for the personal data described on this page. A full legal notice with the registered entity and address will be published here once registration is complete.
What we collect and why

You do not have to send the form. Without your email we cannot send the plan. A person reads every submission; we make no automated decisions about you.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form endpoint and stores submissions. Data may be processed in the EU and the US under Cloudflare’s data processing terms.
- Resend delivers the email with your submission and the receipt sent to you. Resend is a US provider; transfers are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Calendly is used only if you choose to book a call. Calendly’s own privacy notice applies to what you enter there.
- LinkedIn and GitHub links take you to those services. Their own notices apply once you are there.
We do not use advertising, analytics trackers or cookies of our own. We do not sell your data or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: kept while we are in contact about a deployment, and for up to 12 months after the last exchange. Then they are deleted.
- Funnel counters: aggregate counts, kept indefinitely.
- Email receipts: stay in the mailbox they were sent to.
- Session memory: cleared when you close the tab.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected;
- have it erased;
- restrict how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the one in the EU country where you live or work.
